Equipment features:

 1.    One-time molding process is used on the internal rotator which has been welded,so that it can ensure the concentricity of the rotation axis and the body during rotation.

2.     Imported alloy seal machine solves the leakage of water and steam in the rotating process.

3.    Tin-bronze, stainless steel, synthetic steel and other synthetic materials are used for rollers, which have extended the life of the machine and resolved the defects of bearing rotation.

4.    All the guides use wheels and are distributed at the left, right and bottom side. This design reduces the labor in the material feeding and discharging process and prevent the loaded basket ran back and forth during the rotation.

5.    Feeding basket compression system adopt air cylinder automatic compression respectively, the whole set of cylinder is made of stainless steel and other alloy which solve the cylinder leakage due to rust in the processing.

6.    Transmission system uses a reducer with brake function and combines with automatic positioning system to ensure the stopped rotator always stay at the same location which will make the discharge more convenience.

7.    Rotational speed adopts frequency conversion control. The user can adjust the rotating speed according to product viscosity at any time to prevent occurring layering and sedimentation.

8.    Equipment and reducer base were produced as a whole, this solves a range of problems caused by concentricity change in the process when the reducer base and the pot deform.

9.    The whole sterilization process is under PLC automatic computer control and temperature difference +0.3οC in the retort. Multi-stage heating can be applied which saves energy. It has F value measurement function and can store 30 sterilization formulas.
