3. Pelleting, Cooling and Crumbling system;

In this system, the boiler system is needed. Hot seam is required for the pellet machine. The function of the hot steam is to kill the becterias and to soft the materials, which increases the quality of the final pellets and the capacity of the whole production line.

Cooling machine is needed to cool down the pellets to the room temperature, and to reduce the moisture, to make the pellets suitable for long time storage;

Crumbling machine is to break the pellets to small sizes, specially used in the chicken feed pellet production line, to make pellets for small baby chickens;
