 working principle of pellet line:

This line is an eco-friendly process. it is not only applied to make pellets from sawdust, also we can use wood, wood chippings, straw, corn stalk,bamboo and so on into fuel. It includes an feeding system, high chrom pressure roller and stainless ring die, high accurate gearbox, automatic lubrication system. The granulated material is transferred to the chamber to make wood pellets or other pellets, By spinning roller and pressure rollers in the chamber force the material through the holes of the die, thus pellets are formed. After pelletizing, the length of the pellet can be changed by adjusting the knife in the chamber. 

Raw materials

Usually, this production line not only making wood pellets, also it can make bioful pellets, using wood trunks, wood logs, wood branches, sawdust, bamboo, wheat straw, peanut shell, rick husk, sun flow stem, palm kernel shell etc into fuel pellet.

Crushing process-----crusher/hammer mill  

Hammer mill is used for grinding raw materials such as wood,log, corn stalk, rice husk, wheat, beans, etc can be grinded. Tear-circle shape can improve working efficiency by 80%,comparing to common type. The moving full-wide operation door facilitates maintenance and replacement.  It is widely used in various feed mills, oil plants, alcohol plants, citric acid plants, etc.

drying process-----Rotary dryers   

Materials are sent to rotary dryer by belt conveyor.The inside of roller is installed with slope to horizontal line. Materials enter the roller from the higher side( the dryer is installed in slope). Meanwhile hot air enters the roller from the lower side. Materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the roller rotates. Lifters on the inner side of roller lift materials up and down to make materials and hot air mix completely. So drying efficiency is improved.

Pelletizing process -----Ring die pellet mills

The pellet machine we produce is greatly improved for the ring die, compressor roller, automatic lubrication. 

   cooling and screening process-----Pellet coolers

The temperature of pellet form the pellet machine is high, about 70-90 degrees Celsius, the cooling machine is needed to reduce the temprature for the pellets storing, our counter flow cooler is the usual type of the cooling machine for the pellets, it can give the better result in a short time, with low energy cost.
