1.Evenly feeding the processed material------The amount of feeding material is subject to meeting the handling capacity of the equipment. If feeding material is too much, it will hinder the material donormal movement on the screen surface, it will make the screen loose and tired at the same time, which greatly reduce the handling capacity. On the other hand, it will cause unbalance working and suddenly increase the load of motor, motor will be damaged or its service life will become short; if feeding material is less, it will not only waste the energy but also reduce the output per hour.

2.Be equipped with buffer as needed---------If the way of feeding material will strongly impacts the screen, it is necessary to install a buffer. The materials directly impact the screen which not only waste the vibration energy but also damage the screen. Meanwhile, the output and the quality are badly influenced.

Warranty

Main parts: warranty period is 1 year, in-warranty period, if main parts are damaged, we will send the new one for free replacement after we confirm the damaged reason comes from main parts themselves, so you should send us some pictures or video to let us know the details.

Transportation and storage

The  ultrasonic vibrating separator  cannot be inverted in the transportation and storage, and cannot be piled up to prevent damage. If damaged during transportation and confirmed that’s responsibility of Transportation Company, please feedback to our company, we will deal with this matter with Transportation Company ASAP.
