Introduction:
JZC series Concrete Mixer is the hopper feeding concrete mixer with one mixing motor and one lifting motor.
The concrete mixer hopper is feeding the material by the cone-shape motor transmission, the up and down of the hopper and the stir bin turn and reversal is controlled by the electrical appliance.
Advantages:
This machine has reasonable structure, smooth running , easy control , good quality of mixing, high productivity, high automatic advantage. It can mix plastic and half-hard concrete, it suits general construction site, road, bridge, and Hydroelectric power projects and some small and middle concrete component factory.
Working principles:
The machine mixes when the double-cone mixer drum rotates clockwise and discharges when it rotates reversally. The mixer drum is driven by the ring gear.
