2. details for the machine

• Carbonizing is also know as dry distillation, this is a process of turning solid fuel into charcoal in a thermal chemical process.

• In this process solid fuel, such as wood, coal are decomposed into gas(coal gas), liquid(tar oil), and solidity(charcoal/coke). The final tar oil and gas are overflow from the charring stove(can recycle)and the charcoal should remove by manual labor out the stove. 

• This type of  carbon bar furnace adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the gas produced during the process of carbonization
