I.Application: this machine is applied to package granular, lumpy, globular and flaky materials such as potato chips, rice crust, puffed food, walnut, American pistachios, nut with large shell, 

candy, melon seeds, frozen food (including frozen dumplings sweet soup balls, stuff dumplings, etc.), jelly, waxberry, peanut, kernel,

 chocolate, leisure food, metal fittings, etc.

The machine is mainly composed of four parts:

1. Raw material conveying and feeding part.

2. Weighing part.

3. Packaging part

4. Conveying part

III. Function 

Material feeding, weighing, packaging, finished package conveying. 

During packaging, it can automatically do the work of bag making, sealing,  counting, data printing, nitrogen charging/gas extracting.

1. This packaging unit can make pillow bag, hand bag, perforated bag and multiple continuous bags according to customers' needs.

2. The driving core is made of PLC control system, servo system, pneumatic system.

3. The whole unit can be controlled through a LCD touch screen, which can memory packing parameters of 10 different products so that workers do not need to reset the parameters again. 

4. Servo system can make the releasing, stretching of film and bag making more stable and reliable.

5. The sealing part adopts intelligent temperater-controller which controls the sealing temperature exactly and secures the firm and perfect sealing. 

6. Opto-electrical tracking system and servo coding system control the bag length exactly.

7. Automatic deviation rectifying device simplify the film adjusting. 

8. The platform make it easier for maintenance. 

9. Integral bag clamping device is very stable and makes the clamping more tight. 

10. Reasonable design make it be able to work under ultra-low temperature. 

11.Options: various devices available for free selection: feeder, dust collection system, metal detector, over-allowance checker, etc..
