This liquid filling line is composed by filling machine and cap screwing machine, the total length is 6m. It can connect with aluminum foil sealing machine, labeling machine and printing machine to become into more automatic production line.

Filling Machine: 

v It adopts LCD touch screen operation board and PLC programmable control system. It can show the situation of production, program of operating, method of filling and so on.  

v It control the filling time by liquid level to achieve filling different volume of bottles.

v Easy structure, it can be fit for verious bottles, you don’t need to change any parts when fill different shapes of bottles, just need to adjust the machine.

Cap Screwing machine:

v This machine can be fit for various special-shaped bottles, square bottle, flat bottle and soft bottle. Such as: engine oil, lubricating oil, glass water, beverages, etc. 

v It can automatically cover and screw cap. Screwing cap by magnetic composite structure, no harm for the caps. The head of screw cap machine is easy to disassembled, just need to change few spare parts when screw different caps and bottles, it’s multi-usage.

v Beautiful appearance, smart, high speed and high precision.
