Operation and adjustment.

A) This  should be fixed installed. And the belt wheel of crusher should be parallel with the belt of motor. The two drive pulley trough should be in a straight line. Otherwise, it will not only accelerate the mechanical damage, but also easy to drop belts.

J) Prohibit opening the door of crusher when it works. You should add protection guard on the belt driving. Prohibit overloading work for long time. Prohibit putting tools on the crusher or materials to prevent falling in the machine. Prohibit smoking at work area. Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof.

K) The length of powder packing bags should be more than 1.5. The packing bag should have good breathability.

L) Before turn off the machine, stop to feed materials first. After all of materials come out and then turn off the machine. After work, clean and lubricate the machine.
