Hammer mill 1-20 tons/h wood straw crusher   is used to grind the small wood braches, wood chip, wood feetstuffs and agro-wastes with diameter less 50mm into 2- Hammer mill 1-20 tons/h wood straw crusher  8mm small pieces which is made up of Wood Hammer Mill, Cyclone and 1 Electrical Control Cabinet.

Operation and adjustment.

A) This  Hammer mill 1-20 tons/h mobile crusher line  should be fixed installed. And the belt wheel of crusher should be parallel with the belt of motor. The two drive pulley trough should be in a straight line. Otherwise, it will not only accelerate the mechanical damage, but also easy to drop belts. 

B) Hammer mill 1-20 tons/h mobile crusher line   If need to modify belt wheel, you must calculate the data which can satisfy the requirements of rotation speed of main shaft for the crusher. Don’t allow to increase the rotation speed of main shaft arbitrarily. When the rotation speed is more 15% than rating data, it will make the machine severely shake.

H) If materials block the hopper, don’t allow using wood and iron sticks or hand to poke them which can prevent sticks entering into machine or hurt people. Please use hard straw to poke the materials into crusher.

I) Pay attention to the operation situation. If find the machine is shake or there is some abnormal sound or there some materials rebound, turn off the machine to check where is wrong. When check and mend the machine, you must turn off the machine.

J) Prohibit opening the door of crusher when it works. You should add protection guard on the belt driving. Prohibit overloading work for long time. Prohibit putting tools on the crusher or materials to prevent falling in the machine. Prohibit smoking at work area. Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof.

K) The length of powder packing bags should be more than 1.5. The packing bag should have good breathability.

L) Before turn off the machine, stop to feed materials first. After all of materials come out and then turn off the machine. After work, clean and lubricate the machine.
