Environmental Carbonization Furnace is made after years of repeated experiments, repeated improvement, now finalize the design of the current most advanced carbonization furnace.

Feature:

1. All the carbonization smoke is after cleansing , the cleaned smoke be collected in the gas bag, this gas can be used for carbonization, and excess gas can also be used for the raw material drying and heating.

4. High yield, no carbon head. Low temperature charcoal is 2.2Kg briquette change to 1 Kg charcoal, high temperature charcoal is 2.5Kg briquette change to 1 Kg charcoal.

Complete sets of equipment is include of carbonization furnace, carbonization tank, purification tower, water device, gas storage device, gas burner, and crane. (the carne is prepared by the customer).   Gas storage bag according to user's intention can be made of single-mode airbags or dual-mode airbags.   Gas storage bag base, purifying pool need be ready before installation by the user (specific size style by the company to provide the drawings)

Carbonization tank has four tank, two tank and single tank three kinds of specifications.

1 The first put the wood briquette into the tank by endways, sealed and make sure the tan not leak.
2 Put the tank into the furnace one by one twist on the temperature measuring sensor.
3 Then start vortex fan individually ignition (first time ignition or no gas need using wood heated until the  gas produced).
4 When the temperature reached 150 degrees, open the exhaust valve at the back of purification tower, and then start the pump for purification.
5 When the temperature reaches 200 degrees above began to produce gas,
6 When required for the carbonization temperature is reached, ceasefire for2 hours; When carbonized tank taking out, shut off the air exhaust valve and pump to stop water supply, and hoisting the next furnace.
7 When taked out carbonization tank temperature has dropped below 100 degrees, open the cover, clean up the head of carbon in the exhaust pipe, to ensure the normal use of the furnace.

Carbonization Process

Carbonization process is actually the pyrolysis process, compressed rod in carbonization tank, without  the air, heat decomposition, get the charcoal, and also wood vinegar liquid products and wood tar, gas product wood gas, etc. Pyrolysis process can be divided into the following stages:

A. Drying Stages: this stage is about the temperature at 120-150 degrees, very slow pyrolysis, mainly for drying, evaporation, compression bar chemical composition is almost the same. Note that exhaust phase speed should not be too fast. B. Early Carbonization Stage: temperatures to rise to 150-270 degrees of woodiness starts to break down. Comparatively unstable components such as wood hemicellulose, starts to break down carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide and other gases generated product, but also produce a small amount of acetic acid and other substances.

C. Carbonization Stages: temperature to 275-450 degrees, at this stage, wood pyrolysis sharply. Start strong thermal decomposition is cellulose decomposition temperature (280-290 degrees), and then the lignin decomposition (350-450 degrees) generated a lot of breakdown products. In the gas, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide to reduce gradually, and increased hydrocarbons such as methane, etc. Liquid product, contains a large amount of acetic acid, methanol and wood tar. At the same time let out a lot of heat. So this stage is known as the exothermic reaction stage. Pay attention to this stage carbonization speed should not be too fast.

D. Calcination Stages: temperature rises to more than 450 degrees, need to increase the quantity of heat to charcoal burning, discharge residual volatiles in the wood, then generate the liquid product is very few, and the gas production rate increased.

Carbonization Time (from ignition to ceasefire)
A. low temperature charcoal: 10 hours
B. medium temperature charcoal: 12 hours
C. high temperature charcoal: 14 hours
3, carbonization temperature (by measuring temperature) :
A. low temperature charcoal: 360 degrees (the actual temperature is above 450)
B. medium temperature charcoal: 450 degrees (the actual temperature is above 600)
D. high temperature charcoal: 500 degrees (the actual temperature is above 700)
