The biomass pellet machine is researched, developed, designed and manufactured by ourselves, this machine is mainly for sawdust, straw, cotton stalk, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo powder, and palm empty fruit bunches plant waste, also carbon powder, paper and other materials granulating.

The machine structure is compact, easy operation, stable running, can work continuously, to suppress the particles with high density, high combustion value and low moisture, low ash, machine with high precision gear transmission gearbox, hydraulic oil system for transmission and automatic cycle between the spindle bearing oil.

4. The series of machine can press diameter 2-12mm pellets, final pellet length can be adjusted optionally. 

5.  Humidity (moisture) should be between 8%-13%.

They can be used to produce a wide range of pellets, such as biomass fuel pellets, wood pellets, animal feed pellets, organic fertilizer pellets, etc.

The raw material could be:

1. Wood sawdust, such as wood offcut like tree branch, trunk and barked.

2. Biomass pellets, such as Fruit hulls like rice hull, sunflower seed hull, peanut hull, coconut hull, etc.

3. Various firewood, crop stalks like corn stalk, eat stalk, sunflower stalk, beanstalk etc.

4. All kind of grain.
