Introduction of coal slag dryer machine

Coal slag dryer machine is widely used for drying materials in the industries of cement, mine, construction, chemical, food, compound fertilizer, etc. Feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to control the Fertilizers Rotary Drum Dryer temperature. The temperature change of drier's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner temperature of fertilizers rotary drum dryer ( generally 250-350°C).

Application of coal slag dryer machine

This machine is widely used for drying variety of materials such as wood, building materials, chemical plant, coal powder, clay stone and so on. This dryer is formed by rotary body, lifting blade,driving device, supporting device and sealing ring. 

Working principle of coal slag dryer machine

Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to thelower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of rotary dryer.
