1. Small biomass pellet mill/pellet machine can make 4-12mm diameter biomass fuel pellet, animal feed and organic  fertilizer pellets.

2.Raw biomass materials for small grass pellet mill/pellet machine can be waste from grass, sawdust, rice husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower, paper ect,animal feed can be grain, soybean, maize, alfalfa, grass ect, fertilizer can be animal manure and so on . pellet length can be adjusted . 

3. The following specifications about the capacity is for biomass pellet (wood pellets), if the machines are used for making feed pellets or fertilizer pellets, the capacity will be doubled or three times.

1.what is type of your wood pellet machine?

 We have vertical ring die type,flat die type, side ring die type, horizontal ring die type.

 2.what is the biggest capacity per hour of your machine?

Vertical ring die wood pellet machine:YFK880—315kw, 3.5-4tons per hour

 3.what are the wearing parts of your machine and their working life?

There are two important parts: one is mold, the other is roller assembly.

Mold working life:800-1000hrs(alloy steel),1200hrs(stainless steel)

Roller assembly working life:700-800hrs

4.what is requirements of your raw material?

a.moisture content less than 15%

b.feeding length size:less than 8mm

5.what is machine for the whole pellets making line?

a.if length bigger than 8mm, it needs wood chipper for first crushing, then hammer mill for second crushing, making into sawdust for pelletizing directly.

b.if moisture content is more than 15%, it needs dryer or drying in the sun.

c.cooler: after pelletizing process, if you want to pack pellets directly, we suggest cooler, otherwise, put pellets aside and making cooling in nature.

d.packing machine: you can pack pellets by this machine or by manual.

4. Testing all the equipments by witness of the customer ex-work, delivery, customer acceptance.

After-sale

1. Provide engineer to work site guiding install, debugging and commissioning. 
2. Test equipment after installation, training operators for free, remind notice in operating. 
3. Regularly returning visit to the customers.
