1. Ring Cutter: to cut one side of tyres.

2. Strip Cutter: to cut tyres without one side into one long strip.

3. Block Cutter: to cut strips into small blocks.

4. Steel Wire Separator: to separate steel wires from the side cut off before.

5. Conveyor: to transport rubber blocks to the crusher for crushing.

6. Crusher: to crush rubber blocks into powder.

7. Vibrating Separator: to separate small rubber powder and steel wires from larger rubber blocks which would be crushed again by the the crusher.

8. Conveyor: to transport small rubber powder and steel wires to the Magnetic Separator.

9. Magnetic Separator: to separate steel wires from rubber powder, and to transport separated rubber powder to Vibrating Separator.

10. Vibrating Separator: to separate rubber powder according to size: rubber powder that does not meet demands would be transported to the crusher again to crushing.

11. Magnetic Separator: to separate steel wires from rubber powder to get rubber powder.

12. Fiber Separator:  to separate fiber from rubber powder.

13. Grinder: to make fine rubber powder of 20-120mesh.
