Waste Paper Pulp Egg Tray Machine is used to produce egg trays with waste paper as raw material.

The whole production line of Waste Paper Pulp Egg Tray Machine is consisted of below parts:

1. Pulping System: including Hydraulic Pulper, Pulp Pump, Pulp Pond Beater, Waste Water Pump, Pulp Conveying Pipe, Electricity Control Cabinet. Pulping System is the first step for egg tray production.

In the process, waste paper is put into the Hydraulic Pulper, and after crushing and mixing, etc. processes the pulp of a specific density for forming egg trays will be ready. The Hydraulic Pulper has 1.2CBM, 1.5CBM, 3CBM, and 5CBM, etc. volume, and the volume can be made according to the actual need.

2. Forming System: including Molding Machine, Control Cabinet, Vacuum Pump, Air Compressor, Mould Cleaner, etc..

In this process, paper pulp made in the first step will be formed into egg trays, fruit trays, bottle trays ,etc. with the technology of Vacuum Absorption Forming.

3. Drying System: including natural drying in the air, steel-dryer drying and brick-dryer drying.

For a steel dryer, the conveyer can be single layer or multi-layer.  For a brick dryer, the conveyor can only be single-layer, and the client must prepare building materials like bricks and cement for building the dryer.

4. Automatic Packaging System: including mechanical type, pneumatic type and screw type.

Note: in countries with high temperature, natural drying in the air will be helpful to keep cost low.
