Raw materials are wood log.Wood branch;

Wood chipper-hammer mill-dryer-pellet mill-pellet cooler-pellet screener-packing machine together with belt conveyor and bucket elevator.

Raw materials are grass,hay bale;

Rotary shredder-rotary Dryer-pellet mill-pellet cooler-pellet screener-packing machine  together with belt conveyor and bucket elevator.

Wood pellet shows,The pellets you can select packing machine,automatic sewing and automatic weighten,5-50kg/bag for your selection by himself to setting it.

Wood chipper 

This is the fist process for chipping wood log,wood branch within wood chips.

If your wood log have big diameter,also need wood spilter,depend on your finished requirments.

There are two kinds of wood chipper in our factory,one is disc wood chipper for small capacity,the other is Drum Wood chipper for big capacity.depend on your raw materials and wood log diameter to select the most suitable model.

Hammer mill,

the second processing is crushing,normally grinding raw materials into sawdust.

For biomass,two kinds of hammer mill,one is multifunction hammer mill,the other is high effciency hammer mill,the mesh normally size is 5mm.

Wood pellet mill,

High effciency centrifugal pellet mill,press 2-14mm pellets,pellet mill with dust collector,fan blower,

also have automatic lubricating system.keep sure the machine high quality and lower maintenance,
