Lateritic nickel ore briquettes are used for melting.

The briquettes can remove the dust in melting.

I will introduce the plant step by step.

1) Firstly it is a dosing hopper.

Raw materials and binder are put into big and small hoppers seperately.

So raw materials and binders are sent mixing machine at a fixed matching.

and then a belt conveyor sends raw materials and binders to mixer.

2) Mixing process

It has two mixing machines- two shaft mixers and liquid mixer.

Two shaft mixer is to mix raw material and powders binder.

Two shaft mixer uses some paddels to mix raw materials and binder.

Liquid mixer is to add liquid binder to raw materials.

And then a conveyor sends mnixed materials to briquette press

3) Briquette press

Each set of briquette press production is 5 ton/h and totally it is 10t/h.

The machine uses two rollers to compress lateritic nickel ore into briquettes. Rollers decide briquettes shape and size.

Our rollers are made of steel alloy and they are through surface heat treatment. The rollers have high density, hardness and toughness.

4) Briquettes hopper
