Elementary content of syngas:

Feed stock : 

agricultural and forestry wastes ,such as wood chips, saw dust, tree barks,  tree branches, rice husk, rice straw , wheat-straw, cotton stalk , palm husk , bamboo, bagasse, etc. 

The moisture content: 10-15%.

The size of feed stock: wood pellet  diameter <32mm; length < 15cm;

• Changing wet type gas cooling and cleaning system into a new cooling and cleaning system. The new cooling and cleaning system is made-up shell and tube type tar & acetum condenser that does not contact with water directly, gas-water separator and gas fine filter. From this system we can recover tar and acetum, which is better for environment.
