Product Description
Wood sawdust dryer sawdust drum dryer
Our wood sawdust dryer is our new design, high efficiency, big capacity product, which is applied to reduce moisture content of materials such as sawdust, straw, stalk, corn, etc biomass materials, mineral ores, chemicals, biomass, construction materials and etc.
It canuse coal, wood wastes, oil, gas as fuel to heat.
How the machine works:
In this system, wet material is put into the hopper. At the same time fuel furnace produces large volume of hot air, which is
driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and attracted through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower.
Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe,
and moisture evaporates asthe material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at the discharge end.
Structure Features:
1. Adopt rolling drum feeding method. Drying is uniform and the motor power is small.
2. Heat supply is external indirect heating method and avoid raw materials burning in high temperature.
3. Equipped special parts in the tail of rotary dryer, only the material that to reach the drying standard can be drove out by blower, ensuring the drying purpose.
4. The machine attached dust catcher equipment in discharge hole so as to separate material and moisture, and reduce the dust in workshop at the same time.
