Our machine is appropriate for crude fiber compression forming, such as: maize straw, peanut

2. moisture content of raw materials: 10-15%

Working principle of wood pellet mill:

Before start the machine, you need to debug it. The raw materials must be powdery with moisture 

between 10%-15%, if not, you should crush them,  dry or add more water into it. When 

everything is prepared, you can start it. The roller make the die turn, the raw material will be pressed at the power of roller and die, the products length will be cut by the cutter. You can choose suitable diameter die to meet your need.

No pellets are produced

1. Clean feedstock out of the pelletizing holes and grind the die with oily mixture. 

2. Adjust material moisture content. 

3. Add 3-5% additive binder into the material.

Pellets are soft or powdery

1. Add water to material.

2. Change the die. Most of the die can be used both sides.

Motor halts suddenly

1. Start the mill again when voltage is stable.

2. Adjust the clearance between die and rollers.
