Introduction

Coal bar briquette machine is mainly used to  screw extrusion to process coal powder mixed with a  certain proportion of liquid binder into different bar shapes and size of briquettes, with certain  strength, also you can choose to make the briquettes with or without  hole in the core part.,this  machine could reduces the cost of fuel, and improves the calorific value of raw material. 

1. Raw material: coal powder, charcoal powder, carbon powder, mineral powder, metal powder, coke powder,and other materials to make them folded. The powder size should be: 3mm-5mm

 2. Working principle:

The motor transmits power to transmission through the belt. At the same time, the transmission  output shaft transmits power to propeller through the floating coupling, then the propeller shaft  extrude the coal material by the molding die to produce the ideal high-pressure coal-stick.
