High capacity (the charging rate can reach to 75% for its unique operating system) ------- Compared with traditional 3D mixer, ours’ loading ratio is much higher. Because blades take major role during the working of machine, our double movement mixer’s loading ratio is higher, reaching 75% of the container. For the same volume, the loading capacity of our one machine is almost equivalent to that of two 3D mixers.

Time saving (save 50% time to meet mixing criteria) ------- The mixing way of our double movement mixer is two mixing ways superposed together, which makes high efficiency. Compared with 3D mixer, ours can save 50% to meet mixing standard.

Money saving (saving time 50%, electricity 70% and 30% space) ------- Compared with traditional mxer, ours can save time above 50%, save electricity about 70%, space about 50%, money about 30%.

Digital timer for convenience usage and easy to operate ------- Our loading port is 30% shorter than that of traditional 3D mixer, no needing for installing loading platform. There are also positive shake button and reverse shake button designed in the operating panel. These double buttons need to be pressed at the same time, which will be safer for use.

JHD series Cantilever Double Motions Mixer:

JINHE®JHD Series double cones double movement mixing machine, its mainly acting part is made up of revolving double cones container which is placed declining, plus external revolving axis and internal helical blades components. Components with different revolving speed are driven by one power system. Between the helical blade's revolving axis and container it is sealed by special sealing components. All contact parts of this machine are made of high quality stainless steel.
