High efficiency and no smoke wood charcoal furnace
Working principle
Carbonization stove uses home-grown gas as heating resource. Methane gas mixed with air is brought to burner by the cyclone. Outlet temperature can reach 800-1200°C, floating speed can be 3-5m/s, high temperature airflow is heating outside of the burner. It should be noted that humidity will reach maximum when the temperature of furnace is 100-150°C. When put 1kg material into the pit, it will bring 4-8% moisture, 1700kg material can bring more than 100kg water. Water is the enemy of charcoal, as this charcoal material is easy to be effect with damp, it will break into powder once it become damp, and so moisture removal system is a necessary part. Moisture removal time is 1-1.5 hour, when the furnace temperature rise to 300°C, it will produce large quantity combustible gas in the furnace. In theory, 1kg material can produce 3 m³ methane gases. Gas can be used as the heating resource of charring and drying. Temperature of stove can be adjusted, low-temperature charcoal is above 400°C(need 8 hours), high-temperature is above 600°C(10 hours needed).
