Canola Oil seeds Cleaning sieving is specifically designed for the preliminary cleaning of all types of seeds at high flow rates in preparatory section. It effectively removes all size impurities from the seeds. The seed cleaner is fitted with an Aspiration channel for the removal of finer particles like husk, chaff etc.

 

Cooker is designed for the cooking and/or conditioning of oilseeds during the preparation process before the mechanical pressing or flaking. Vertical Cookers are multi staged and big size stages are used. Besides sterilizing and decontaminate the seeds, the cooking process is to provide the cooked seeds with plasticity to reduce the oil’s viscosity and clot the proteins

The Solvent Extraction processing Includes four sections: solvent extraction section; meal desolventizer; miscella oil distillation section ;solvent recovery section; Paraffin oil recovery system( recycle residual solvent)

Solvent Extractor The Extractor is the main equipment in a Solvent Extraction Plant. It is designed in perfect measurements so as to obtain high quality oil and minimum residual oil. The material is transported through the solvent spraying chamber and the speed of transportation can be varied easily. The machine is designed to give sufficient time for penetration and percolation of solvent into the raw material and to view the distribution, view glasses are provided.

Desolventiser-Toaster

The material obtained from the extractor has tendency to retain the solvent, and this solvent has to be recovered. The basic principle involved in Desolventiser Toaster is direct and indirect heating to remove all the residual solvent from the material

Condensers

Solvent Vapours are formed both in Desolventiser and distillation section and these are to be condensed. Adequate surface has been provided in the Condenser for complete condensation of solvent vapor.

Stripping Column

Stripping column is one of the main equipment in the Oiltek Distillation unit. The column is designed to strip the oil with live steam to remove any traces of solvent in the extracted oil.
