cottonseed  Cleaning sieving is specifically designed for the preliminary cleaning of all types of seeds at high flow rates in preparatory section. It effectively removes all size impurities from the seeds. The seed cleaner is fitted with an Aspiration channel for the removal of finer particles like husk, chaff etc.

Cooker is designed for the cooking and/or conditioning of oilseeds during the preparation process before the mechanical pressing or flaking. Vertical Cookers are multi staged and big size stages are used. Besides sterilizing and decontaminate the seeds, the cooking process is to provide the cooked seeds with plasticity to reduce the oil’s viscosity and clot the proteins
