The chassis under the powder box is vibrating with the help of the vibration motor mounted under it.

Powder pipe is specifically designed to fluidize powder coating particles and to send them to the powder gun by help of the injector located at the top of this pipe with maximum efficiency.

RAINBOW IST-01 manual powder coating gun is fully demountable. Ergonomic pistol handle design provides ergonomic use and not tire operator while coating application.

High voltage cascade has long life, sealing prevents any contact with powder in this area any risk is minimized. It is easily replaceable in case of failure. The well designed head group and nozzle provides perfect polarizing and homogenous coating on the surfaces during application. With improved trigger system, the risk of failure is minimized.
