The Structure of our High glossy acrylic  board  

The surfaced is 1mm acrylic sheet (2mm can also provided ) the middle is plywood /mdf /chipboard fibreboard ,the back is white melamine paper .

The mostly used is MDF ,If required ,Chipboard or plywood can also adopt as the basic material .

All of the plain board  we adopt are in high quality and meet the eco-friendly standard .

SETTING High glossy acrylic mdf processing through our Non-dust -pressing plant which technical we imported from Germany ,Useing hot -melt glue combine the mdf with 1mm acrylic sheet .In this way ,Setting acrylic mdf are of high quality and release the toxic gas .

2)Pallet packing

Covered with transport protection film ,Two sheet face to face placed ,Around 50 sheets in one pallet,Fou side Cover the protective fibreboard, then Round it up by the steel stape .

Container loading reference: 1220mmx2440mm (4'x8') Thickness 18mm

20 feet container: Loose packing can load 400 sheets ,pallet packing can load 350-470 sheets

40 feet container: Loose packing can load 600 sheets ,pallet packing can load 550-570 sheets
