The furnace is cycle operation type resistance furnace, is mainly used for all kinds of metal quenching, annealing, distressing , heating , tempering and other heat treatment.

Consists of furnace body , furnace door and open mechanism, moving car, clectrical control system and other parts.

Structure: 

1)Electric Heating elements chosen intermediate temperature resistance alloy wire after processed into a spiral arranged on the sides and bottom of the furnace.

2)Furnace Door : Adopt for machinery rocker and go up and down structure,consist of gate post, limiting mechanism and lift guide pulley, counter weight design on the behind of the furnace and rotation by chain, Easy to start and stop .

3)Trolley: Made by high quality structural steel and steel plate through processing and welding;

4)Temperature Control System:  PID regulation , high-power SCR output to control furnace temperature at ideal state; Temperature control precision ±1℃,ensuring uniform furnace temperature;

5)Electrical control cabinet separately,including three sets of ammeter, one set of voltmeter and one set of intelligent temperature controller, with safety protection function of over temperature outage and alarm.

Mainly used for all kinds of metal quenching, annealing, distressing and other heat treatment.
