1.Brief Introduce
1)The muffle furnace is made of imported high-temperature resistance nickel alloy by pressing welding; dismountable electric heating elements can upper-lower heat.
2)The cooling section use the technology of separating cooling muffle from cooling jacket welding and welding line, which ensures that brazed work piece become bright and won’t be oxidized.
3)Heat exchanger is equipped in the cooling section, which greatly increases the cooling speed of work pieces.
4)Heating elements: High-temp. resistance wire is used, with alumina tube frame; heating elements are arranged in an upper-lower removable manner to ease repair or replacing; replacing resistance wire has no impact on production.
