Silicon molybdenum rod (glass electric smelting ) furnace transformer is specially designed for using together with silicon molybdenum rod (glass electric smelting ) furnace. It is used in situation where power isolating low voltage output.
Silicon molybdenum rod (glass electric smelting ) furnace transformer is used for power source in front of Silicon molybdenum rod (glass electric smelting ) furnace.
The resistance of silicon molybdenum rod electric heater increase dramatically as temperature rises. At the beginning of heating up, the resistance of electric heater is relatively small, and voltage needed is small which is about l/ 4—1/3 of working voltage. According to the working voltage of silicon molybdenum rod electric heater, and according to the forward characteristics of resistance and temperature, the multi-tapping method is used as the transformer voltage output method, so as to meet working voltage requirement of electric heater at different temperatures, as a result, the grid power factor is improved.
