Rotary Dryer is, also know as rotary drum dryer. Rotary dryer is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, industrial drying slag cement limestone, coal slag, clay and other materials. The aircraft mainly includes the Rotary, Jan plate, transmission, seals and other support equipment and components. With a reasonable structure, well-produced, highly yield, and low consumption, the advantages of operating convenience.
Operation principle:
This dryer mainly consist of rotary body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device, etc. Operating process:
1. The raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into rotary cylinder.
2. Then water will be separated from the materials by hotair-flow and changed intoo vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materiasl would be dryer.
