4. 1 Driving System

Driving System of planetary concrete mixer consists of motor and surface hardened gearbox. Flexible coupling or hydraulic coupling is optional for overload working. The gearbox is specially designed and researched based on advanced European technology with lower noise, higher torque and higher durability. 4.2 Motion Track

The revolution and rotation speeds of mixing paddles and blades have been studied and tested extensively to ensure a high output of planetary concrete mixer without segregation for different sized aggregates. The aggregates inside the trough are mixed smoothly and continuously. As shown in the picture, the blades track covers the whole bottom of the trough after a cycle.

4.4 Mixing Device

4.5 Discharging Device
