INTRODUCTION:

Xintu electrostatic flocking machine (XT-505) is widely used flocking equipment in the field of flocking high-impact specialty nylon, terylene, poly-acrylic fiber, vinylon, carbon fiber, etc .

Working theory: The electrostatic flock equipment is high voltage generator. In summary, it's the basic

principle : Unlike charges attract each others. When the electrostatic flocking machine is working , it

generates high voltage and the flock has negative charge. Then put the substrate at zero potential or erthed. The flock flies vertically onto the surface of the substrate on account of attraction by the substrate. Of course, what we must do the pre-trement is to make the substrate to be glued before flocking so that the flock struck vertically onto surface of the substrate at good effect.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 01: Spraying adhesive glue onto surface of the workpiece

Step 02: Opening the switch of the Electrostatic flocking machine

Step 03: Under the effect of the air compressor ,the flock in the hopper begin to thumbling,and get

to the spray gun through the powder tube

Step 04: Spraying flock fibers to the workpieces.
