There are one automatic valve placing head, one valve position checking head and one crimping head seated on the working table. The valve placing head inserts valve which is supplied by valve sorting machine into aerosol cans, this head has the feature that no valves coming, the machine will stop by itself automatically to avoid cans with no valves are passed. Additionally there is a head to check and correct the position of the valve before crimping. Crimping head is designed to seal 1” standard valve to aerosol can. The machine has the advantage of fast and reliable sealing to guarantee that there will not be any material or gas leakage caused by wrong or failed crimping.

This valve sorting machine is used to positioning valve automatically and supply to the valve placing head under the force of compressed air, the machine adopts rotating conception to positioning the valve, therefore no matter tin plate valve or aluminum valve can be worked on this machine. The only work to be done by people is to pour valves into the machine timely. Once valve pouring can work half shift or longer. There is an extra explosion proof motor for the rotating power driving, speed adjustable freely and steplessly. It is high working efficiency and a great help to reduce the labor cost.
