The propellant filling and crimping machine is used to charge propellant and crimping valve with bag to aerosol can. It adopts under cap filling process. There is a single working head seated on the table which combines the function of vacuumizing, propellant filling and crimping. The machine head takes valve to a higher position under vacuum force and propellant is charged into the space between can and bag, after the propellant filling, valve is sent back again and crimping process started. Propellant can be N2, Co2, R134a, LPG, DME and Ar etc. The machine is controlled by PLC system with a friendly touch screen interface, it is easy for parameters setting, process supervision and trouble shooting.

The liquid filling machine is used to fill liquid material into bag through the valve core. There are two liquid filling heads seated on the working table. Since liquid material will not touch propellant, so material will not be polluted caused by propellant, and this filling process makes it possible for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. The machine is also controlled by PLC system with a friendly touch screen, easy for parameters setting and trouble shooting. And no matter the liquid is oil based, water based or alcohol based can be filled.
