Series LXB stationary automatic screw cement packing machine adopts screw conveying instead of the traditional impeller conveying, as a result, this machine has overcome many shortages of the traditional impeller cement packing machine, such as cement leakage in spout, flashboard stuck, unstable weighing, etc. This machine doesn’t adopt air compressor, electromagnetic valve or other pneumatic components. With mechanical and electronic integration, through lever linkage principle, this machine can achieve automation functions such as compressing and loosening of bags, flashboard closing, automatic stoppage, automatic releasing and so on. This machine features unique design, reasonable structure, stable performance, good leakproofness, high packing capacity, high automation level, easy operation and maintenance. Except manual bag inserting, operating procedures like filling, weighing, releasing can be performed automatically and continuously under computer control.
