QTJ4-30 automatic brick making machine is a middle size brick s and hollow blocks making machine, which is good at well forming for various kinds of blocks and of high reliability. This machine adopts user-friendly electric control box and saves a lot of human labor. It has advantages of low attrition rate, fast forming, high density and high pressure. Once the brick or hollow block is made, people can stand on it. It should be a very good option for the users.

Every mould can make 6pcs of hollow blocks (390x190x190mm), this device use cement, coal dusk, sands, construction waste, coal cinder, mineral slags, coal guague etc as raw material, it is environmental friendly construction producing machine.

1. the structure use high strengthen steels and special welding craft, very solid structure;

2. use special steel guiding sleeves, and chromium is plated on the surface, ensure good torsional strength and abrasive resistance;

3. the mould pressure head is controlled by motors, and the tolerance of same pallet is of very low tolerance;

4. reliable vibration system, the vibrating frequency can be adjusted, use low frequency to add material and high frequency to form, and can be adjusted to be fitted to different materials, vibration acceleration can be 17.5.

5. easy operation, operation method can be easily mastered by users from different countries;
