Description:

Sanxing FD1 linear actuators are small in size with ability to lift from small to high force. Each unit comes with 2 wires, internal limit switches (non-adjustable) and mounting hole on each end. The actuators are developed for both push and pull applications and have a very robust construction. They are very popular in furniture, medical equipment, consumer products, and hobby design. Sanxing FD1 linear actuator motion systems are equipped with a plug for connection of an exchangeable cable with a control box / power supply. This gives allows standard actuators to be combined with different cable lengths.

The actuators are the units, which convert the operating voltage from the control box into a linear movement.

Power Supply CBDY-1 ( Change AC to DC ) -------- Control 2 Linear Actuators

The AC to DC power supply is designed for customers who want to use AC power but do not wish to use our control box to control the actuator. This power supply can be used in conjunction with our HG4 wired switches to control 2 linear actuators.

Wired Handset / Control Switch ( HG-B ) --------Control 2 Linear Actuators

The handset is the unit to be used when you want the SANXING system ( SANXING actuator + SANXING control box + SANXING handset ) to perform a movement. The handset has the up/down position control. It determines whether the control box will make the actuator move in or out.

Working Principles / Connection of SANXING System:

* Don't connect the main cable until all actuators and handsets have been connected to the control box.

* Check that all plugs are will connected and firm pushed into the connection plug.

* The actuator can be operated by pushing a button on the handset. Use only one button at a time.
