Description:

Sanxing FD1 linear actuators are small in size with ability to lift from small to high force. Each unit comes with 2 wires, internal limit switches (non-adjustable) and mounting hole on each end. The electric actuators are developed for both push and pull applications and have a very robust construction. They are very popular in furniture, medical equipment, consumer products, and hobby design. For example, used as electric hospital bed linear actuator. They can be used at the head and the foot of the bed, to lift the bed up and down. 

Sanxing  FD1 linear actuators, 12/24v dc motors are equipped with a plug for connection of an exchangeable cable with a control box / power supply. This gives allows standard actuators to be combined with different cable lengths.

The actuator is the unit, which converts the operating voltage from the control box into a linear movement.

Power Supply CBDY-2 ( Change AC to DC ) / Power Adapter -------- Control 1 Linear Actuator

The AC to DC power supply is designed for customers who want to use AC power but do not wish to use our control box to control the actuator. This power supply can be used in conjunction with our HC, HD or HG wired switches or any other control device that requires 24VDC power.

Wired Handset / Control Switch ( HC ) --------Control 1 Linear Actuator

The handset is the unit to be used when you want the SANXING system ( SANXING actuator + SANXING power supply + SANXING handset ) to perform a movement. The handset has the up/down position control. It determines whether the actuator will move in or out.

Working Principles / Connection of SANXING System:

* Don't connect the main cable until the power supply and handset has been connected to the actuator.

* Check that all plugs are will connected and firm pushed into the connection plug.

* The actuator can be operated by pushing a button on the handset. Use only one button at a time.
