1.Wood chipper machine

Wood drum chipper wood logs, branches and twigs with moisture more than 15% into 20mm-40mm wood chips for various wood products industries and plants.

2.Wood crusher machine

It mill raw material like tree branch, wood shavings, wood chips, wood logs, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc, with size less than 50mm (diameter),the final output size can reach diameter 3-5 mm.

3.Wood pellet cooler machine

The main equipments of this section is Counter-flow Cooler and Viberating screen.

After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degrees Celsius. and the moisture content of the wood pellets is about 15%.

4.Wood sawdust drying machine

The equipments of this section are bin for dryer, screw feeder, hot air stove, drum dryer, fan, discharger, airlock and belt conveyor.The raw material moisture greater than 12%.

 The model is defined based on the diameter of the ring die mould.Such as the ring die diameter is 350mm,the machine is 350 model type.

 2) what kind of raw material that the ring die mould is made of?

 There are two kinds of ring die mould in the market. one is made of carbon steel, the other is made of stainless  steel. We adopt stainless steel ring die and press roller sheel in our machine.

 3) what about the size of the final wood pellet product? 

 the size is adjustable accroding to your requirement.

 the diameter range of the wood pellet is ø6-10 mm by using different ring die mould.
