Product introduction:
Vacuum injection fiberglass rod and pulling lath are made through alkali-free and twist-free glass yarn soaking in epoxy polyester compound glue,and passing the vacuum injection,continuous pulling and pressing,and being solidified.They have good electrical performance and mechanical strength and better high temperature-resistant and stress corrosion-resistant properties.They can be processed according to different requirement:notch,turning,and wiring ect.
Specifications of epoxy fiberglass rod diameter range from Φ8mm to Φ130mm,new models can be produced in accordance with user's demand
Technial requirement:
1.The usual lengths of fiberglass rod are 2000,4000 and 6000mm.While they can be made at any length at options with a tolerance no more than ±5mm
2.Apperance:No bonding wire at the surface,no internal cracks and scars.the color unevenness on the surface and small amount of accumulated gum is allowable.
3.The fiberglass rod shall bare the machinery processing like sawing,driling,milling and lathing
