         Brief introduction of PVC insulated wires and cables

 PVC insulated wires and cables of 450/750V and below are mainly applied for hard wiring of 

electrical appliances, electric apparatus, instruments, telecommunication equipment, power 

lighting, and buildings with the rated AC voltage of 500V or DC 1000V.

It applies to electrical Appliances,instrument and telecom device with rated voltage up to and 

including U/U450/750V.Long time working temperature:≤ 70

The most common used electric wires. single core, solid or stranded conductor, is equivalent to the 

international model 227 IEC 01. 

When using it, please check the wire insulation from the appearance in case of causing any damage

because of tansiporting or storeing not well, and influence its effect.

The cable’s allowable temperature for long time working doesn’t exceed 70°C.

The surface of the cable should not set closed to the heat producer.

Laying the cable under greenhouse less than 0C with the bend radiusnot less than 6 times of the 

cable external diameter to prevent cracking.

Choose the suitable conductor cross profile for currentcarrying capacity according to the current 

size that the line transmits, and not operate overload to ensure safety.

4. Cables can be used at places contaminated by mineral oil and fuel oil.
