Grinding Product Line Usage and Application

Grinding Product Line is widely used in the industries such as mining, building materials, chemical engineering and metallurgy industries for size reduction, dispersion, or specialized needs, powder generation and processing for industrial process. Grinding Product Line Structure and Working Principle

Structure

A set of YGM High Pressure Grinding Mill of Grinding Product Line consist of main frame, decelerator, powder separator, blower, jaw crusher, bucket-elevator, vibrating feeder, hopper, bag filter, pipe-devices, motor and electric control panel, etc.

Operation Principle

First the materials are crushed by the jaw crusher,then the crushed materials are transferred to a hopper by the elevator ,fed uniformly,quantltatively and continously by the vibrating feeder to the grinding chamber of the main frame for grinding.The grinded particles are brought up by the air current of the blower into the classifier for classification.The particles with the required fineness are brought up by the air current through the pipe into a collector for separation and collection,the finished particles are discharged from a pipe outlet.Because of some moisture contained in the materials to be grinded,the heat resulting from grinding leads to the vaporized air which changes the airflow volume.Moreover,the outside air inhaled from the narrow gaps of the piping connections can increase the volume of aircurrent.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust redundant air pipe between the blower and the main unit for keeping the balance of the air current.Then the redundant air is quided into a cloth bag of a dust cleaner to collect the fine power in the air.Finally, the redundant air is discharged after purfication.

Advantages

1. Unique design, compared to other mills with the same power, the capacity of this mill is increased by 20-30%, under the action of the high pressure spring the grinding power is enhanced by 800-1200KG.
2. It has a wide range of adjustable output size, the biggest particle size can be 0.95mm (20 mesh), while the finest size can be 0.033mm (425 mesh), a small amount of the fine product can even be 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
3. Dust cleaning can fully meet national standards.
4. Easy adjusting of the classifier.
5. Grinding roller device is of overlap multilevel seal, which has good sealing performance.

Q: “I need a grinding machine, the required capacity is 1.2 tph, and output size is 0.05mm, which type is suitable?

A: According to your requirement, High-pressure suspension mill YGM 65 and YGM 75 are both suitable. The question is how large the raw material is. The maximum feeding size of YGM 65 is 15 mm, while 3R2115 is 20 mm.

Q: “I need grind gypsum to powder, which machine is best ? ”

A: “Both Raymond mill and High-pressure suspension mill are used to grind materials such as: limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, marble, talcum, gypsum, kaolin, medical stone, rock phosphate, manganese ore, iron ore, glass, ceram, active carbon, carbon black, fireproof materials, heat preservation materials, chemical materials and so on(300 kinds of materials). The question is the needed output size. In general, High-pressure suspension mill is super fine grinding machine, whose output size can reach 0.033mm.
