High Pressure Suspension Mill Usage and Application 

High Pressure Suspension Mill is used to grind materials in the fields of building materials, mining, metallurgy and chemical industry. The materials must be non-flammable and non-explosive materials such as: limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, marble, talcum, gypsum, kaoline, medical stone, rock phosphate, manganese ore, iron ore, glass, ceram, active carbon, carbon black, fireproof materials, heat preservation materials, chemical materials and so on(300 kinds of materials). The materials should have the hardness less than 7 in Moh's scale and humidity less than 6 percent. The granularity of the end products can be adjusted from 30 to 325 meshes.

Q: “I need a grinding machine, the required capacity is 1.2 tph, and output size is 0.5mm, which type is suitable?

A: According to your requirement, Raymond Mill 3R1410 and 3R2115 are both suitable. The question is how large the raw material is. The maximum feeding size of 3R1410 is 8 mm, while 3R2115 is 15mm.

Q: “I need grind gypsum to powder, which machine is best ? ”
