The production line ncludes 3 machines as follows:

PS Foam Sheet Extruder-Vacuum Forming Machine--Cutting Off Machine.

1. PS Foam Sheet Extruder (TH-105/120):

It adopts Gentian type double-stage series high foam technology.

The raw material is general polystyrene granule(GPPS). 

In the extruding process, Foam agent (such as Butane gas or LPG ) is injected at high pressure.

After extruding , foaming, cooling, shaping and hauling off, it is winding to finished ps foam sheet rolls.

After vacuum forming system, the finished PS foaming sheet can be made into variety of packaging vessals such as fast food box ,aquatic plate,supermarket tray ,cake tray , KT board ,instant noodle bowl ,foam tray etc. 

It is widely used in the packing of food ,fruit ,advertising ,industrial products and so on .

This equipment adopts high speed hydraulic filter changer which has steady feature, can realize change the filter immediately without stopping the machine.

The foaming shaping machine adopts PLC control, touch screen operation, easily to operate.

2. Automatic Vacuum Forming Machine(TH-1100/1250):

It is an all-powerful thermal forming machine with integration of vacuum forming ,press forming and synthetical forming .

It can be used for processing many  kinds of plastic sheet .

The machine adopts temperature digital system and it is convenient for the engineers to see the

temperature of each heating zone quickly. Also it is easily operate and make more effectively.

The machine adopts Japanese servo motor & drive , Mitsubishi  PLC mechanical and electronic integration control, touch screen for operating.

It features reliable stability ,large forming area ,fast speed highly automation and economic on manpower .

3. Cutting Off Machine(TH-1100/1350X2):

1.  It is mainly used to cut the vaccum forming products (one time dishes) as well as packing ,decoration,EPE deep processing products.

2.  It adopts the Mitsubishi brand PLC mechanical and electronic integration.

Owing to his features of easily changing mould,counting accurately , cutting off quickly, it is widely used in many fields.
