2. Do you provide any samples before I place an order?

Yes, we would be happy to provide you with free samples. All samples will be labeled accurately by Roxtron staff, and you will be able to quote the PN on the label when you place your order.

3. I would like to place an order. What should I do?

You will receive a Pro Forma Invoice from Roxtron Sales Department that will include your order details and our corporate bank account information (for bank wire transfer) or our PayPal business account. Once we receive your payment and your approval of the customization options (if any), we will produce your order in about 7 to 15 days, depending on the quantity and requirements. Our logistics staff will also be able to find the most suitable shipping option according to your preferences.

4. Can you communicate in my language?
