Our minimum order qty is 100pcs each model, but we accept small order as trial order.

A) Supply from stock for 1000pcs order quantity;

B) Within 2-3 working days for 5000pcs order quantity.

Complete HD-Camera system:

A) Within 3-5 working days for samples order,

B) Within 7-15 working days for bulk order.

About the after-sale service, we always produce the security items with best quality. The damage rate is below 3‰.

Do not worry; you will get some related components for free when you place normal order.

We would like to compensate buyer's loss if our products have quality problem. For small qty problem products, we can replace with new products in next order.

For larger qty problem products, we can accept returned problematic products, and then we analyze & replace them by good quality products.
