Description

Bakelite sheet is a hard, dense material made by applying heat and pressure to layers of paper or glass cloth impregnated with phenolic resin. These layers of laminations are usually of cellulose paper, cotton fabrics, synthetic yarn fabrics, glass fabrics or unwoven fabrics. When heat and pressure are applied to the layers, a chemical reaction (polymerization) transforms the layers into a high-pressure thermosetting industrial laminated plastic.

Technical requirement

The surface shall tidy and smooth, bubble, impurity are not allowed. But slight scratch and color punctum are allowed. Edge is to be cut smooth. The delamination and crackle on

the end surface are not allowed .

Normally small sample (sizes less than 150*150mm) can be sent free of charge .Freight collect or Negotiable .

 Yes, You can place your small order . Pls kindly tell us your ordering  weight or pieces, we would quote for you immediately . 

 Because the unit price cost and freight cost of small order would be higher than MOQ'S .
