Overview and use

Grinders of this series are designed with handsome exterior. All of the components directly exposed to the materials are made from SUS304 stainless steel, which are divided into two types, namely stand-alone and dust extractor set. This device gives the centrifugal force, shear force and impact force a full play. The materials are kept for a short while inside the main machine with a low temperature rise. This grinder is featured by steady performance, low noise and low consumption. Thus it is the ideal micro-grinding equipment for the pharmacy, food, chemical, coating and pesticide industries.

Application: white granulated sugar, spicery, fruit-vegetable powder, corn, defatted soybean wet and dry glutinous rice powder traditonal Chinese medicine, etc.

Working principle

This grinder is the successfully and independently developed product of our company based on the advanced domestic and foreign experiences. The grinding chamber is designed into the maze-typed structure, which solved the tricky problem of no material discharge resulted from the blocked meshes jammed by the materials due to long-term operation when grinding spice or similar materials. After the materials are brought into the grinding chamber, they will be grinded under the impacting, shearing, grinding forces amongst the running fluted disc and fixed disc as well as the collision amongst the materials themselves. Then they would become the required pulverized fodder after being screened.
